Upper Peninsula Arts and Culture Alliance. Facilitated planning among leadership from across the fifteen counties of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to form a new alliance of arts, culture, and economic development.
City of Moorhead Arts Commission. Provided team leadership facilitating the development of a City Arts and Cultural Framework to guide positioning of creativity in the city into the future.
City of New York Mills. Provided leadership facilitating the development of a City vision and strategic framework to guide future community development and foster "next generation" growth in a rural farm community.
Artspace. Evaluation of diversity fellowship program launched to promote equity and inclusion for people of color and Indigenous people in the real estate and arts-based community development fields.
VocalEssence. Facilitation as well as writing support as the organization clarifies a new strategic plan.
City of Little Falls, zip 56345. Guided a community listening process identifying common ground to guide community development. A blueprint adopted by the city council now provides “compass north” to sustain focus on vision and strategic priorities.
City of St. Louis Park. Facilitated community assessment process and development of a strategic roadmap for advancing arts and culture.
Grand Marais, Cook County, MN. Guided a community assessment process exploreing paths to accelerate the development of arts and culture as key prosperity drivers contributing to the social and economic vitality of Cook County.
National Fed. of Community Broadcasters. Developmental Evaluation of pilot 18 month cohort of 10 public radio stations serving rural or under-represented communities nationally. The evaluation focuses on understanding the activities of the program as it unfolds in a dynamic environment, monitoring progress and learning at the program emerges.
ArtsLab. Between 2007-2018, responsible for the launch and successful growth of this important cohort-based professional development and capacity building program of Arts Midwest serving the Upper Midwest arts and culture sector.
Five Wings Arts Council. Training Central Minnesota arts leadership on alignment of vision, goals and evaluation protocols.
